The #1 concern I hear from new clients: You want to be lean but not bulky.
I get it!
What you may not know—
You like the muscle—it’s the fat that covers the muscle you don’t like.
The solution:
Put your focus on the diet.
It’s hard… I know how difficult it is to eat the way we should in this food overload environment.
But can help you!
If you’re ready to reveal the hard work you’re putting in at the gym, join my 6-week nutrition program.
I go over the foundational principles you need to be lean and successful long-term. I’ll teach you how to eat without yo-yo diets and extremes, I’ll cover macros, how to meal prep, how to deal with social situations, and what to do when you run out of motivation.
This is a course that tackles not just what’s on your plate, but what’s in your head.
Half of your battle is in the mind!

Part of your diet struggle stems from eating out of obligation, not genuine desire.
Recall those childhood moments when parents insisted, “Eat your veggies” or “Finish your homework” just because you “had to”? It felt frustrating, forced—maybe you hid peas under your napkin or delayed until the last second.
👉🏻Diets built on “shoulds” mirror that—lacking joy, they fizzle out.
No sticking power.
But what if, back then, you discovered those veggies unlocked superpowers—energy to sprint, strength to soar?
You’d have wanted them, right?
That’s the key: Simple, deep education about food.
Learn what it offers, and you’ll crave it from desire, not duty.
Suddenly, the good stuff takes over, leaving no room for the bad.
Take broccoli—loaded with vitamin C for immunity, vitamin K for bones, folate for cell repair, and sulforaphane, which detoxes cells and may cut cancer risks (like prostate or breast). Now, you’ll want it on your plate.
How about blueberries?
Their antioxidants reduce inflammation, sharpen your mind, and protect your heart—making every bite empowering.
Salmon’s omega-3s ease joint pain, boost mood, and support heart health—suddenly, it’s a crave-worthy choice.
My love for real food and wanting to share that desire with you was one of the inspirations for my new “Eat Real, Live Well” 6-week course, starting Oct 1st.
I want you to desire nutrient-dense foods that make you feel and look amazing—this has been my secret to thriving and loving how and what I eat!
That = long term success.
Join me for live sessions, practical tips, and community support to transform your diet without the dread.

Hard truth.
#diet #lifestyle #fatloss
...
You should be proactive not reactive with taking care of the only body you have..
Don’t wait for a diagnosis or health scare to start exercising and eating a healthier diet.
Your goal should always be to get in front (as much as possible) of the alignments and diseases age wants to steal from us.
Be uncomfortable now or uncomfortable later.
...
I’m going to be real with you.
Most of the reasons you say you “can’t” are excuses.
It’s not that you don’t want change—whether it’s your body, your energy, or your life.
It’s that you’re stuck in patterns that keep you circling the same spot.
If you want to look and feel different, you have to live different.
That might mean a new job, cutting back on kids’ activities, skipping school volunteer gigs, staying in instead of dining out, or saying no to drinks.
Maybe it means new friends or asking for help instead of controlling everything. Sometimes, you need to let go of their expectations to make space for your own.
Life will throw curveballs—intense, unavoidable moments that disrupt your plans. I’ve been there.
But those aren’t what I’m talking about.
👉🏻Your everyday life should align with who you want to be, so you can handle the unexpected without losing yourself.👈🏻
If you really want change, be willing to CHANGE.
You are not a victim.
Excuses are just a way to negate doing things differently.

I got them!

Is victimhood and denial keeping you stuck and frustrated?
You absolutely can lose weight even if you are in menopause, a busy mom, career driven, have little to no time, or feel metabolically broken.
Once you accept that you’re not a special snowflake and can’t lose weight like everyone else, you can finally start getting the weight off.
Holding yourself down w excuses will only make you miserable.
Be honest with yourself-
The past month, have you really 👇
✅ Got in all your workouts ?
✅Accumulateed at least 8500 steps a day ?
✅ Accurately tracked your calorie intake everyday ?
✅ Stopped eating when you were full ?
✅ Stayed hydrated?
✅ Gotten to bed on time every night?
✅ Refrained from alcohol?
✅ Taken your basic supplements?
Unless you have taken all those steps, you shouldn’t be saying you can’t lose weight because of your age or “broken metabolism”.
You are most likely not broken but in denial of your lifestyle choices.
